Terms and Conditions

1. I agree and acknowledge that I will be working as a 1099 contractor under Creative Corner Staffing Inc. as a work from home independent contractor under the Arise Platform. 

2. I agree and acknowledge that The Arise® Platform is available in the United States, UK, Canada, and Jamaica. If you are servicing a US program, you can be located anywhere in the US, except for the following states: CA, CO, CT, District of Columbia, MD, MA, NJ, NY, OR, WI. If you are servicing an opportunity for the UK or Canada, you will need to be within those locations, unless the OA and/or SOW allows otherwise.

3. I agree and acknowledge that I am responsible for the purchase of my own equipment.  Must have own equipment (laptop, desktop, usb, etc). 

4. I agree and acknowledge that I Must Be over the age of 18. 

5. I agree and acknowledge that I must work a minimum of 15 hours per week to stay active.  If my job is a MAX job agent must work a minimum of 30 hours per week. 

6. I agree and acknowledge that  I am a US citizen, Canada, UK,  Jamaica resident.

7. I agree and acknowledge that I must work in a secure quiet area. I understand that if Quality Assurance finds a noisy background while listening to your call or leaving my device unlocked while servicing may result in termination. 

8. I agree and acknowledge that I am responsible for paying my own taxes. No taxes are deducted from my invoice as an independent contractor.  

9. I understand that the only fee that comes out of my paycheck is 0.297% per pay which includes your Administration, payroll and Arise Platform service fees.

10. I agree and acknowledge that I’m Not eligible for unemployment benefits as a 1099 independent contractor.

11. I agree and acknowledge that Creative Corner Staffing, Inc.  does not provide medical, unemployment or vacation or benefits.
